Sales Representative

This role is designed for a high-energy closer who thrives in live conversations and knows how to control a sales process. As a Sales Representative at our team, your job is to run and close qualified sales conversations with home service business owners who are actively exploring growth solutions. Most of your calls are inbound and pre-qualified.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Walk job sites, scope equipment needs, and price replacement vs. Service contracts
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized)
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
