Sales Director
The sales director will work with various startups and organizations in the our team portfolio and help to build our sales programs for these companies while earning a generous commission and refining incentive programs.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
- Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $48K annualized
- Year 1: Top performers clearing $60K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
