What you'll be doing
- Entry-level lead setters in the Denver area door-knock to generate leads, earning $20/hr plus bonuses while learning, then graduate to project manager roles
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $145K annualized
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $450K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Positive minded, driven, disciplined, people focused, goal oriented. Excited to work within a team
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
