Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales. Representative at our team is a field-based role focused on inspecting homes, identifying storm damage, and guiding homeowners through the exterior restoration and insurance process. Day-to-day includes canvassing targeted neighborhoods, running scheduled and self-generated appointments, documenting damage, meeting with insurance adjusters, and closing contracts. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk sales job—reps are in the field, managing real projects from first contact to signed agreement.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $125K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
