Door-to-Door Canvasser (Door Knocker)

As a Door-to-Door. Canvasser, your role is to engage homeowners, introduce our services, and set qualified in-home appointments within assigned local areas. You earn $100 per qualified appointment plus commissions on closed deals and upsells, so your effort translates directly into income from day one. We offer real home improvement solutions homeowners already need, with clear structure, support, and expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $96K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
