Sales Representative

What you'll be doing

• Commission-only roofing sales rep in Georgia with reliable transportation runs door-knocking and closes a target of 10 roofs/month
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$144K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing or an adjacent vertical
• Understands roofing, has a good appearance, bilingual, willing to canvas neighborhoods and come up with creative methods to bring in sales
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
