Canvassers

From 11:00-12:00, they handle follow-up calls for any homeowners who may have canceled or need to reschedule. From 12:00-8:00PM out canvassing in storm-affected areas.

What you'll be doing

• Appointment setters and claim processors run 1-2 (ramping to 2-4) daily interviews/field activities while supported by performance audits and an integrated hire tracker
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$39K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $108K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
