This Privacy Policy explains how HyperHired® (“HyperHired,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the HyperHired Jobs board at hyperhired.com/jobs (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you register or apply, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, city/state, the qualification answers you submit (e.g. experience, industries, earnings history, preferences), and — if you choose to upload one — your resume and the information contained in it.

Information collected automatically. We collect usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate the Service and your account; match you with relevant roles and Employers; schedule and conduct Placement Calls; communicate with you (including email and SMS where you have provided a number and consented); evaluate and improve the Service; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

With Employers. A core function of the Service is connecting you with Employers. When you apply or are matched, we may share your profile, resume, and relevant information with Employers and our recruiting partners for the purpose of evaluating you for employment.

With service providers. We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, such as authentication, calendar and scheduling, email/SMS delivery, file storage, payment processing, and our internal recruiting tools. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of HyperHired, our users, or others.

Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Resume & Sensitive Information

Uploading a resume is optional. If you provide one, we store it securely and use it to assist with matching and to share with Employers as described above. Please avoid including sensitive information you do not wish to share (such as government ID numbers).

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may access or update your account information, request a copy or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing communications (transactional messages relating to your account may still be sent). 9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
