Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant role at our team is a field-based position focused on generating and closing exterior home improvement projects. Day-to-day, you'll be canvassing neighborhoods, meeting homeowners, performing roof and exterior inspections, documenting damage, and walking customers through their options—whether that's retail or insurance restoration. You'll build estimates, present solutions, and close deals, then stay involved through the project to ensure a smooth experience.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $63K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
