Inbound Contact Center Representative

The Inbound CCR position is the first line of contact for our team prospective customers. Their main mission is to set qualified appointments for our team's Design Consultants. This involves fielding inbound calls and making outbound calls to set appointments.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $45K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $90K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Clear communicator, determined, competitive, likes to have fun, comfortable with multitasking, high integrity, high initiative, content doing repetitive work, and wants to grow in their role
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
