Design Consultant

This is an in-home, consultative sales role where you meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their home. Your job is to walk them through product options, design a solution that fits their needs, and guide them through the buying decision—all in one appointment. On a day-to-day basis, Design. Consultants run 1-3 appointments per day in the customer's home.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$200K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
