Sales

The sales role here is very hands-on and performance-driven. Day to day, our reps are out in the field knocking doors, identifying storm damage, and helping home owners navigate the insurance process. It's not sitting behind a desk making cold calls all day—you're actually face-to-face with people, solving real problems, and getting paid well for it.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $180K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $420K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
