Experienced Roofing Salesman (retail and insurance)

We are a residential and commercial roofing company. We provide exterior building solutions. We have a 100% response rate with 98% client satisfaction on the last 20 years.

What you'll be doing

• Reps manage their own pipelines with flexible scheduling, splitting time between retail and insurance roofing sales using personal transportation
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $100K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing or an adjacent vertical
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
