Outside Sales Consultant

The Outside Sales. Consultant role at our team is a true field sales opportunity for someone who is competitive, self-driven, and wants to build serious income in a fast-moving environment. Day to day, this person is generating leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and self-sourced prospecting; performing residential inspections; identifying storm-related damage; educating homeowners on the restoration process; helping move insurance-related claims forward; and managing customer communication and documentation through the CRM from signed contingency through insurance approval. The role is built for someone who wants to be in control of their results, because compensation is performance-based with uncapped upside, quarterly bonus opportunities, President's Club incentives, and clear revenue and performance benchmarks.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$60K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $396K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
