Account Executive
As an Account Executive at our team, you're not selling a single product — you're helping businesses modernize how they operate and grow. Day to day, you work directly with business owners to understand how they run their business, identify inefficiencies, and design a solution using our team's integrated ecosystem — payments, software, automation, and growth tools. You manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, onboarding coordination, and long-term account growth.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $120K annualized
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $210K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
