What you'll be doing

• Experienced payroll/HR sales reps leverage existing client books to sell HCM/payroll services with a delayed pay cycle and confidentiality around candidate identity
• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• HCM/payroll experience; existing book of biz
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
