Sales Representative

Different? It is a sales opportunity. We will provide a territory and training on which verticals use our products.

What you'll be doing

• Door-to-door cold outreach to businesses across industries selling mailing machines and postage meters in the DFW territory, leveraging an 85% trial-conversion rate
• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$42K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $100K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission

Why this beats the average posting

We are one of a few mailing equipment companies left in the D/FW area. There are copier dealers that also sell mailing equipment, but their technicians do not have the experience to keep those mailing machines up and running.
