What you'll be doing

• Full-cycle remote. SaaS sales reps help small businesses automate operations, with a feeder system into more senior roles after ramping through the 8-week onboarding
• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$360K annualized)
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• 1-2 years of full cycle selling experience. Grit, resilience, high degree of autonomy and initiative
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
