Outside Sales Representative – Restaurant Services (B2B)
This is a hands-on, field-based sales role focused on building real relationships with restaurant owners and general managers. Day to day, you'll be out in the field visiting restaurants, introducing our team, and having consultative conversations around our team safety, fire prevention, and compliance. You'll educate decision-makers on why proper our team exhaust cleaning, filter maintenance, fan service, and duct maintenance matter — then help them put a long-term plan in place.
What you'll be doing
- Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
- Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
- Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $120K annualized
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $144K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
