Restoration Technician / Carpenter:

Our team is a growing full-service property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold losses. We are seeking an experienced. Restoration. Technician / Carpenter to join our field team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up prepared, and understands restoration timelines and standards.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$75K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $90K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Hard working (has a family/lifestyle they need to support), available for on call emergency response, RELIABLE
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
