Commercial Sales Representative

This individual will be responsible for prospecting for and securing commercial contracts for epoxy floor systems and garage cabinets in Southeast Florida. Work will be directly with the owners of the company and the Operations Manager. The employee will keep track of all leads in a CRM system, as well as develop a sales strategy for commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$100K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $125K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
