Sales

This is a fun and fast paced sales position, where you can make a difference by helping business owners grow. In addition, you make 25% on your first sale and 10% on every mailing after (up to 2 years).

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$60K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $100K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Friendly and persistent. Must be able to open conversation on their own and follow up consistently across multiple touch points
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
