Outside Canvasser, Sales Representative
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience. Canvassers will come to the office each morning and be giving locations to work within and turn in all lead sheets from the prior days activity. (On assigned route during the day) When contact has been made with the homeowner and an appointment for service estimate is acquired the canvasser will schedule with the homeowner.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$52K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $208K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
