Outside Sales (Design Tech)
Company car, appointments at 8, 10, 12, 2, & 4pm. Leave from your house and return home after day. Visiting customers houses and helping them select a fence to enhance their homes or protect the things they love most.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$100K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
