What you'll be doing
- Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
- Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
- Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$100K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Quickly builds trust, enjoys helping people, not afraid to ask for money, good listener, focus on customer needs, not the money
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
