Business Development Representative

We are a property restoration company that shows up when people are at their most vulnerable and we need a BD rep who thrives in that kind of meaningful, high stakes environment. Day to day you are in the field, building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, HOA boards, and commercial property owners across two of the most dynamic territories in Miami Dade. You are not sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

What you'll be doing

• BDRs work the field within 30 miles of Hialeah, with rapid phone-screens, DISC alignment checks, and Friday weekly check-ins to ensure pipeline health
• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $132K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $3M+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
