Account Executive
Day to day you are building pipeline, qualifying real project volume and pain, and running structured discovery to map how the customer captures issues today, where photos live, how items get assigned, and how closeout reporting is handled. You then run live demos that mirror their workflow, highlight how the platform handles punch list and issue tracking, and show where AI assisted actions can compress cycle time and reduce clerical effort.  From there you build the business case, align on packaging and user counts, manage objections, and drive the deal to close with clean commercial terms and a clear handoff into Delivery and onboarding.
What you'll be doing
- Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
- Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
- Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
- Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
