As a Sales Executive, you'll work directly with companies to understand their goals and challenges, then develop customized marketing and print solutions that drive real results. You'll be selling a full suite of services—from marketing strategy and design to printing, direct mail, signage, and promotional products—giving you the ability to solve a wide range of client needs.
What you'll be doing
- Outside B2B print sales reps in Houston run proactive lead-gen and client engagement in a hybrid environment with limited initial training
- Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
- Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
- Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
- Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in software/saas or an adjacent vertical
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
