What separates us from the industry is we have a target market which is new construction homes. We do two things to these homes when they are being built during the framing stage of construction. We perform a pre construction termite treatment and install an integrated pest control system in the home called Taexx.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $90K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $120K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• An individual with a strong work ethic and someone that is coachable and has a high standard of integrity
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
