D2D sales

This is a summer field-based sales role focused on neighborhood outreach and lead generation. Day to day, you'll be out in residential communities talking with homeowners, identifying potential pest issues, and setting up free inspections for our licensed technicians. Your job is not to treat homes or pressure people into contracts.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
