Prosite Direct Sales Representative

Our Direct Sales. Representatives will meet each sales morning to review prior day performance, field challenges, and receive ongoing training that will help overcome daily objectives. Selling will begin in the morning and go until sundown to make sure we have covered as much area as possible. Support throughout the day is provided by a Team Leader working in tandem with our CSO.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$138K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $177K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
