Team lead

90 day probationary period, 50-80% sliding scale while in probationary period, 1 candidate will become team lead and bump up to 90% comission, 10% override moving forward. During 90 day probationary period everyone will lead roll plays, work together as a team to grow. And the leader will show themselves.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
