Sales Rep

Our pay structure is set up to benefit the rep- instead of just having a standard pay scale, we also do bonus pay. On every contract you sell, if you sell it above the minimum then you get to keep all the excess. For most reps that means they end up with an extra $10-20k in bonus money on top of our already competitive commission structure.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$330K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Competitive, disciplined and driven. People that come from sports backgrounds or have high income aspirations and are passionate about self development
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
