Outside Sales Rep/Route Manager

During the prime pest months March-Oct you will be knocking neighborhoods throughout the greater. Birmingham area educating people about our pest control service and selling them on the quality we can provide. The office and service staff will take over once the account is sold. During the months of Nov-Feb you will receive warm leads of current customers of ours that don't have termite service with us.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $72K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $120K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
