Licensed Insurance Producer

You start your morning sharpening your skills, not pretending you already know everything. Every day begins with targeted sales training that's simple: take what you learn and make money with it the same day. After training, it's execution: 1350-1800 powerdials outbound calls per day. Reaching people who asked for insurance info. Booking appointments. Closing policies and getting paid fast. You're not begging friends and family.

What you'll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$96K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $504K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
