Account Executive

Your day-to-day work centers on building and maintaining long-term relationships, understanding clients' evolving risks, and designing smart insurance solutions that protect what matters most to them. A typical day includes meeting with clients (virtually and occasionally in person), reviewing coverage, identifying gaps or changes in exposure, and placing or adjusting policies with top-tier carriers. You'll collaborate closely with internal service and marketing support so your time is focused on strategy, client conversations, and growth.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $91K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
