Door to door sales representative

Only 3/4 hours of door to door canvassing. If 1/2 deals a week, sales rep maintaines salary.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $400K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Very positive, hard working, determined, always willing to learn, never takes no for an answer. Dedicated to making the customer trust, like & buy from him
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
