Agency Leader?

We teach people the basics of the business. In 2-3 months, we expect the ideal candidate to have mastered the industry and be able to duplicate themselves through other people/candidates, and start growing their own agency. We hand-hold and are by the ideal candidate's side the entire way. The ultimate goal is to hit partner.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $180K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $1M+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Sharp
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
