What you'll be doing

  • Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
  • Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
  • Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

  • Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
  • Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
  • Year 1: Top quartile clears $175K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

  • Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
  • Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
  • Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
