Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fast paced sales position with extreme earning potential. You will learn high level sales and rebuttal skills to can be applied in any sale. You will have the opportunity to takes. Live transfers, the most exclusive data leads in the industry, and receive a weekly direct deposit check.

What you'll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $45K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $36K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Hungry, Motivated, Coachable
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
