Door to Door B2B and Lead Generation

At our team, you're not just chasing deals — you're building your own income machine. We work in the property damage space with public adjusters, attorneys, and construction companies. Your job is to set up lead sources and relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $106K annualized
• Year 1: Top performers clearing $141K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Bilingual -english and spanish. Hungry, motivated and really wants to make money. Charismatic. No distractions
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
