Insurance Sales Agent

We are open 9-7 M-f for now, Hours and days will be extended in the future. While this is a 1099 job, we expect this to be a fulltime plus job to maximize their earning potential.

What you'll be doing

• Insurance reps recruited based on traits over formal experience, ramped through concise training, and managed via performance metrics and no-show mitigation
• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized)
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Someone who actually wants to earn money and work!not just sit here, actually take calls and work
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
