Public Adjuster

We are seeking a motivated. Sales. Solicitor to generate new business by connecting with homeowners who have experienced property damage and educating them on their right to professional claim representation. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential for high performers. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients - knocking doors, building relationships in the community, developing referral networks, and converting leads into signed contracts.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $300K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
