What you'll be doing

• HVAC reps prospect commercial accounts (no pre-scheduled leads), generating ~6 leads/week while in-house closers handle larger deals on 30-ton units
• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Walk job sites, scope equipment needs, and price replacement vs. Service contracts
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$124K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $208K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in hvac or an adjacent vertical
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
