Senior Water Analyst

DAY TO DAY FOR THIS POSITION IS ESSENTIALLY COMING TO THE OFFICE FOR A DAILY MEETING UNLESS YOU LEAVE ON AN AREA FAR AWAY. DURING THE MEETING WE DO TRAINING FOCUSING ON DIFFERENT ASPECTS O THE JOB SUCH AS DOOR KNOCKING, CLOSING, MINDSET AND INDUSTRY TRAINING. AFTER THAT WE GO OVER THE DAY AND APPOINTMENTS AND EVERYONE SHOULD GO OUT TO START PROSPECTING AND RUNNING APPOINTMENTS.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$30K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
