Senior Acquisition Agent

Team huddle, inbound calls, outbound calls, trainings, building connections and relationships with leads that come in. Follow up daily and focus on how we can get 1% better each day.

What you'll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $125K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Strong work ethic, coachable, hungry growth mindset, strong sales background, confident in their craft and team player
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
