Real Estate Dispositions Specialist

The Real Estate. Dispositions. Specialist is responsible for maximizing the resale value of contracted properties by sourcing, negotiating with, and closing local real estate investors. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves marketing properties to an active buyer list, managing high-volume inbound and outbound investor conversations, running competitive bidding processes, and negotiating buyers to their true maximum price. The objective is simple: create demand, drive competition, and extract the highest possible assignment or resale price.

What you'll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$48K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $96K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
