Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist
The Real Estate. Acquisitions. Specialist is a front-line sales role responsible for turning inbound and outbound homeowner leads into signed purchase contracts. Day-to-day, the role is focused on speaking with motivated sellers, understanding their situation, qualifying motivation, analyzing properties quickly, and negotiating pricing that works for both the seller and our team job is phone-heavy, fast-paced, and outcome-driven, with clear daily activity and performance expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$72K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $120K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
