Outbound Sales & Estimator

At our team, we're not just looking for someone to sell - we're looking for someone who represents what makes us different. In this outbound sales and estimator role, you'll visit new businesses to uncover fresh opportunities, build genuine relationships, and provide accurate, transparent quotes that reflect our commitment to integrity. You'll be the face of our customer-centric approach, going above and beyond to understand each client's needs and deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$50K annualized)
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
