Acquisitions Representative
Do what you do best, close deals. You don't market, advertise, or cold call. Call sellers that have raised their hand saying I need to sell a house.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $180K annualized
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $480K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
